A senior management opportunity has been created in the Plumbing and Rural industry. Working for a leading NZ privately owned company, you will be based in Christchurch reporting to the CEO, managing a team of 17 people.
This role includes the management of a South Island sales team, warehouse and customer services team.
The successful applicant must have a minimum of seven years proven sales and people leadership experience at a senior management level.
Ideally, you will have experience in the Plumbing or Rural industry or can demonstrate you have successfully changed sectors within your career. In addition to proven sales and people management experience, strong financial performance capability and outstanding customer relationship management skills are essential. Sound understanding of warehousing and logistics is also desired.
