    We are looking for energetic people to join our team with a primary role of managing service appointments and bookings. Some customer satisfaction follow up calls may also be required.

    A typical day could involve:
    • Working through contact lists and making outbound calls with the ultimate goal of making successful service bookings.
    • Working in conjunction with our Service Departments to help schedule and load their daily appointments.
    • Resolve customer issues and enquiries.
    As our successful applicants, you'll be equipped with the following:
    • The ability to provide outstanding customer service
    • A clear, confident and professional phone manner
    • Intermediate computer skills and typing speed
    • Automotive Industry/Service Advisor experience would be very valuable
