We are looking for energetic people to join our team with a primary role of managing service appointments and bookings. Some customer satisfaction follow up calls may also be required.
A typical day could involve:
Working through contact lists and making outbound calls with the ultimate goal of making successful service bookings.
Working in conjunction with our Service Departments to help schedule and load their daily appointments.
Resolve customer issues and enquiries.

The ability to provide outstanding customer service
A clear, confident and professional phone manner
Intermediate computer skills and typing speed
Automotive Industry/Service Advisor experience would be very valuable
