Mercedes-Benz Wellington is looking for an energetic and outgoing Service Receptionist to look after our workshop frontline reception area.
Our ideal candidate will have proven experience in customer service-based roles, excellent soft skills, have face-to-face customer interaction skills, and have an excellent attitude towards problem solving and meeting customer driven outcomes.
As you are representing our company in a frontline position, you will be very well groomed with an outstanding standard of self-presentation.
In this role, you will be a key member of our service team, involved in the day to day facets of our workshop and service centre dealing with our high profile clients.
In order to meet great success you will be able to:
Working with our in-house computer system
Keeping customers up to date on the servicing process
Maintaining an excellent level of customer service at all times
Enthusiastically and professionally respond to all customer enquiries through excellent communication
Key attributes we are looking for include:
Excellent personal presentation
Ability to multi-task and cope under pressure
MS Office, Internet and confidence in learning new systems
Autoline or Kerridge experience is an advantage
Confident customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
