We are currently looking for someone with outstanding leadership skills to take charge in our award winning New Brighton office in the role of Sales Manager.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Managing the overall branch performance
Nurturing our culture
Business plan management
Staff management, training, mentoring and leadership
Recruiting and developing new and established salespeople
Encouraging, training, supervising all sales people
Implementing systems to facilitate the smooth running of the branch
To be successful in this position, you will need a proven track record in the industry and hold a branch managers licence or agent licence.
