    We're currently looking for an Administration Co-ordinator to join our head office in Lower Hutt. This is a diverse and challenging role with a primary focus on exciting new build homes.

    This is the ideal opportunity for someone with a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in an administrative position, who wants to gain experience in all aspects of administration within the property industry.

    Experience with managing specific projects / in the Real Estate industry will be an advantage, however what's more important to us is a positive, can-do attitude. Full training will be given to the successful applicant.

    Key attributes the ideal person will need for this role are:
    • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar administration position.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Flexibility and adaptability with their time to meet deadlines.
    • Organisation is key, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail; able to track a budget.
    • The ability to manage multiple (and at times conflicting) priorities with a high level of success.
    • The confidence to work autonomously and take responsibility for day-to-day issues.
    • Excellent computer skills particularly in all Microsoft Suite applications, but with an ability to learn new packages with ease.
